Tenant registers from that link and is bound to that flat.

Tenant adds issues with a photo.

Owner accepts or rejects. Nothing is deleted.

Both lock the list.

Draft is generated.

Both confirm.

Admin buys e-stamp on the Telangana portal and enters the government certificate number.

Two copies are marked for delivery.

Both upload the signed scan.

Owner marks rent each month.
Agreement drafting uses an 11-month Telangana residential template. Other cities can use the rent ledger. Drafts need review; confirmation is not a verified electronic signature.
